In a large bowl, mix the mayo, salt, and pepper.
Chop the English cucumber in half lengthwise and then in ¼ inch slices.
Chop bell pepper in 1 cm pieces.
Cut tomatoes in the same manner as the cucumber.
Add veggies to bowl and coat in mayo mixture.
Chop green onions, cilantro, and dill finely.
Add and mix into the salad until fully incorporated.
Serve immediately alongside dinner or atop a bowl of rice.
